This is a NEW category since Terrorism was not a factor before this last few decades. Now it is a serious factor and appears to be a part of the sign of the "last days" under the section: "War and reports of wars." War is nothing more than violence on a national scale. So to recognize violence on a smaller scale as part of this sign, should not be difficult to comprehend. It should be noted that only the terrorist activity that happened during the month of
October is herein recorded.
Focus begins on Russia - Today, Mutual Assured Destruction is still with us, but not necessarily with nukes. Because the next big battle with an aspiring superpower is more likely to be fought with computers. Cyber warfare replacing nuclear warfare. Terrorists are no longer a small group of people hating and acting against another small group of people. Today, and since the mid 1970's terrorists have evolved into "Nation against Nation" There was WWI and then WWII, but since the close of the 1940's decade of war, the evolution of Terrorism has been introduced to the world scene. And it is MAD - Mutually Assured Destruction. Cyber warfare means hacking. Imagine the perturbing possibilities. An enemy might hack into our transportation systems, throwing air travel into turmoil. Or into our energy systems, disabling our electrical grids. Or into our satellite systems, incapacitating our indispensable cell phones. Or into our communications systems, cutting off our access to information. Or into our financial systems, creating catastrophic confusion with our money. Even into our military systems, crippling our capacity for combat. An enemy might do it to us. And because we have the same tools, we might do it to them. Back when we were talking about nuclear bombs, neither side sent even one weapon toward its enemy, because that would set off the Mutual Assured Destruction of both sides. But cyber warfare? We already know from U.S. intelligence reports that the Russians have tested the waters, for example inserting malware— software designed to disable computers— into U.S. electrical grids. Homeland Security revealed just a few months ago that Russia had “infiltrated” some power plant control rooms. One thing we learned was, the title “Russian Attacks on Democracy” doesn’t begin to capture the scope of the threat, because Russia isn’t the only country attacking us. What’s more, the threat doesn’t just come from other countries. It also comes from lone wolves. Another thing we learned was, retaliation isn’t as easy as it sounds. For one thing, we have constraints that our adversaries don’t have. If Mr. Putin, for instance, gives the word— or China's Xi or North Korea’s Kim or Iran’s Khamenei or any other authoritarian leader— those acting on his behalf can make any moves they like to throw the American infrastructure into disarray. But on
February 26, 1990, the chairman of the Committee of Religious Affairs in Moscow received a delegation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. This discussion ended with allowing Jehovah's witnesses freedom of worship within the Russian boarders. In
March 1991, a year after talks began, Jehovah’s Witnesses in Russia received official recognition. At that time, Russia had a population of over 150 million and reported 15,987 Kingdom proclaimers. Now, more instruction from Jehovah was needed for the brothers and sisters in Russia. History of this event is found here: https://wol.jw.org/en/wol/d/r1/lp-e/302008006#h=333
Jehovah’s Witnesses first registered as a religious group in Russia in 1991 and registered again in 1999, but have been targeted repeatedly by authorities in a wide-ranging crackdown on religious freedom. Russia changed its legal definition of extremism in 2006, removing requirements for violence or hatred but stating the “incitement of….religious discord” as criteria, leaving the Jehovah's Witnesses with the same legal status as Isis or Nazis. The group's international website was blocked in Russia two years ago over alleged extremism, with its Bibles banned the following year, while a local chairman was jailed for two years on charges of possessing “extremist literature” in 2010. The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) was among the international bodies condemning a “state sponsored campaign of harassment and mistreatment of Jehovah’s Witnesses” it said dated back to the 1990s in Russia. It listed police searches, assaults, arson attacks, vandalism, seizures and raids on worship, as well as the arrest of several members and criminal investigations. The Russian Orthodox Church, which enjoys close ties with the Kremlin and the patronage of Mr. Putin, is the country’s largest religion, with followers representing around 41% of the population. As of the end of 2018, things have escalated to identifying Russia as the Biblical "King of the North" since its actions mimic this Biblical identity. If this is correct, The King of the North will next move one way or another into battle with the "King of the South" which has been deemed to be The United States.
My continued search will be what happens during the Month of October with regards to the Russians.
The Bible foretold at Matthew 24:6-14 & 2Timothy 3:1-5 that the last days would be marked by “critical times hard to deal with.” To help watchful observers to identify the last days, the Bible gives a number of details that together provide a clear description, or composite sign, of this unique time period. So I am focusing only on the Month of October for this report. Most, if not all the information in this report, is research gleaned from Wikipedia and local newspapers. Before 1990's there were only minimal reports about terrorism. After 1991, Reports were listed
yearly and then
monthly, now they are recorded
daily.

1 - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2017_Las_Vegas_shooting This was the worst shooting in America's history. 58 people (excluding the killer 64-year-old Stephen Paddock of Mesquite, Nevada) were killed as a result of the shooting, most by gunshot wounds. They included 36 women and 22 men. The oldest was 67, the youngest 20. Six were from Nevada, 35 from California, 13 from other states, and four from Canada. An additional 489 people were injured. In the aftermath, many victims were sent to area hospitals, which included University Medical Center of Southern Nevada, Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center, and at least one of the six hospitals of Valley Health System. Sixteen patients died at Sunrise Hospital, and eight in at least one hospital of Valley Health System. The attack is the deadliest mass shooting committed by an individual in the United States, surpassing the death toll of the 2016 Orlando nightclub shooting, where 50 died, including the gunman. 2 days later, by 3 Oct 2017
09:18 - What we know so far: At least 59 people have been killed and 527 injured in the deadliest mass shooting in modern US history. The victims so far identified included an off-duty Las Vegas policeman, a San Diego lawyer, and three Canadians. Police have named Stephen Paddock, a 64-year-old retired accountant from Mesquite, Nevada, as the gunman. Police found an arsenal of 42 firearms, explosives and thousands of ammunition rounds in both his Las Vegas hotel room and Mesquite home. Experts believe an accessory known as a bump-stock was probably used in the attack. It modifies a semi-automatic weapon to fire at an automatic rate.
There is still no known motive behind the attack, or any known links between Paddock and other organizations.
The suspect’s girlfriend was named as a person of interest, but police said he acted alone and that authorities would interview the woman after she returned from a trip to Tokyo. Survivors of previous mass shootings and late night chat show hosts have expressed outrage at the inability of US politicians to control guns and stand up to the powerful National Rifle Association. Theresa May said the UK could not understand US gun laws. Donald Trump has deferred questions about gun control saying “We’ll be talking about gun laws as time goes by.” Speaking to reporters he described Paddock as “very sick” and “demented”. Jason Aldean, the country music singer who was performing at the time of the attack, says it highlighted a “scary” change in the US and the world. In a new post on Instagram he said: “Something has changed in this country and in this world lately that is scary to see.” Hoaxes and fake news spread rapidly online, in some cases with boosts from Facebook and Google algorithms.

16 - MOGADISHU, Somalia. 276 killed in deadliest single attack in Somalia's history, with around 300 others injured, the country's information minister said early Monday, making it the deadliest single attack in this Horn of Africa nation. The toll was expected to rise. The Mogadishu bombing is one of the deadliest attacks in sub-Saharan Africa, larger than the Garissa University attack in Kenya in 2015 and the U.S. Embassy bombings in Kenya and Tanzania in 1998. Doctors at Mogadishu hospitals struggled to assist badly wounded victims, many burned beyond recognition. "This is really horrendous, unlike any other time in the past," said Dr. Mohamed Yusuf, the director of Medina hospital. Ambulance sirens echoed across the city as bewildered families wandered in the rubble of buildings, looking for missing relatives. "In our 10 year experience as the first responder in #Mogadishu, we haven't seen anything like this," the Aamin Ambulance service tweeted. Unlike other bombings, these terrorists kill anybody: "They don't care about the lives of Somali people, mothers, fathers and children," Prime Minister Hassan Ali Khaire said of the attackers. "They have targeted the most populated area in Mogadishu, killing only civilians." The United Nations special envoy to Somalia called the attack "revolting," saying an unprecedented number of civilians had been killed. Michael Keating said the U.N. and African Union were supporting the Somali government's response with "logistical support, medical supplies and expertise."
